    • Standard shipping is the default option for most of our products.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    • This option is available for quicker deliveries, subject to product availability and shipping address.
  • International Shipping (if applicable):
    • For international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please contact us at support@robomart.com to inquire about shipping outside of India.

Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed during holidays or weekends may experience slight delays.


2. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparency, and we make sure our customers are aware of all associated costs before completing their purchase. Below are the shipping fees based on the order value and selected shipping method:

  • Free Shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee:
    • For orders below ₹1,000, a flat ₹200 shipping fee will be added to the total cost.
  • Expedited Shipping Fee:
    • The fee for expedited shipping is ₹500 regardless of the order size.
  • International Shipping (if applicable):
    • Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination. Please reach out to us for a customized quote based on your location.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.


3. Available Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Orders are shipped via trusted national couriers and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • For faster deliveries, we offer expedited shipping through premium courier services. Deliveries are made within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • For customers outside of India, we provide international shipping on selected products. Delivery time and cost depend on the shipping destination.

Courier Partners: We work with leading logistics providers such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification email with tracking information.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.


5. Delivery Locations

  • India: We currently offer domestic shipping across all regions in India.
  • International: International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for more details and shipping quotes to countries outside India.

6. Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status.

To track your order, simply visit the Tracking Page on our website and enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
  • Remote Locations: Some remote locations may have extended delivery times. If applicable, we will notify you of any delays or additional charges.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following policies:

  • Returns:
    • You can return products within 2 days from the date of delivery.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@robomart.com. Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
  • Exchanges:
    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred upon entry into the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

  • Delivery Failures: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive the package), the carrier may either reattempt delivery or return the package to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
  • Special Delivery Instructions: If you have any special delivery requests (e.g., preferred delivery time), please note these in the order comments at checkout. We will try to accommodate your request, but it is subject to the courier service’s capabilities.
