Shipping is a very important part of the e-commerce platform. The products once purchased needs to be delivered to the customer. We only prefer authenticated courier vendors for the product shipping.
Kindly choose the vendor which has the as per your knowledge. If you have idea about the courier vendor service in your area of location, then choose it from the list. If you lack the knowledge about the coverage area of the any of the courier vendors mentioned in the list, then do contact us before selecting any of the courier vendor services.
Do we charge for the shipping?
Yes, we do charge our customers for shipping. At present we do not have the free shipping method available. The shipping charges are in accordance to the courier vendor chosen by the customer while choosing delivery method. The shipping charges are automatically incurred on the total payable amount as per the vendor chosen by the customer. The shipping rate chart is:

What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time depends on two things.
Shipping vendor chosen by the customer during choosing delivery method.
When the delivery method is chosen as any normal courier vendor then the delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
Normal courier vendors are:
- DTDC NORMAL
- BLUE DART NORMAL
- FIRST FLIGHT NORMAL
- PROFESSIONAL COURIER NORMAL
When the delivery method is chosen as DTDC plus service or Indian speed post service is selected then the delivery time is within the next 48 working hours from dispatch.
- Stock Status of each product.
Every product has a stock status. It has 3 stock statuses:
IN STOCK, PREORDER & OUT OF STOCK.
If the product status is set as "IN STOCK", then the product is ready to be shipped and the above written delivery timings are applicable.
If the product status is set as "OUT OF STOCK", then the product is not present in the stock and order could not be processed at this moment. In this case use the "NOTIFY ME" feature to get update about the product's availability.
If the product status is set as "PREORDER", then the product presently not in stock but will be in a span of 10-15 days. So the estimated delivery time would be 10-15 days + (no of days as per the selected in the courier vendor service).
Are any hidden costs (hidden taxes) related to the products?
Robomart.com offers absolutely no hidden costs related to the products other than the one mentioned on the product confirmation page. The price mentioned on the confirm order page is the payable amount of the product for the buyer.
Does Robomart.com.com deliver products internationally?
Yes, Robomart.com can deliver products internationally but corresponding delivery charges would be incurred on the buyer. In order to get details about the extra delivery charges, kindly contact us.
