Robomart.com Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order. If a product is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to all orders shipped within India and covers both defective and non-defective products in new, unused condition.
To start a return or exchange, call us at +91-8744000555 (10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday) or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
Who handles the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge to send the product back to us. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees — your refund or exchange will be processed at the full product value once we receive the item.
Which products are eligible?
Every product on Robomart.com is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging and any accessories. Merchandise marked as final-sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase is excluded.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 14 days back to the original payment method (Razorpay UPI / card / netbanking). For exchanges, the replacement is dispatched within 3-5 business days of receipt — please check our shipping section for delivery timelines.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
Exchanges are available for the same product (size, colour, or variant change) or replacement of a defective unit with the same model. To exchange for a different product entirely, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Can I cancel a return or exchange request after raising it?
Yes. As long as you have not yet shipped the product back to us, you can cancel the request by contacting our support team. If the item is already in transit to us, the return will be processed normally and the refund (less your original return shipping cost) will be issued.
What if my shipping and return addresses are different?
Returns and exchanges are accepted regardless of address change. If you would like the exchanged item shipped to a different address than the original, please inform us during the return request — additional shipping charges may apply for the new destination.
